Yes, Chloe is in shorts! I am beginning to think it will never get cold cold during the day. It may cool off at night, but it just doesnt feel like December. I guess this is what I get for living in the Valley of the Sun Aka...HELL!!!

You could have highs in the teens for weeks straight have to keep your cars plugged in. Winter in the valley can't be that bad. It's the summer that is HE double hockey sticks.
